Rouxgaroux Announcement: Long‑Term Leadership Locked In

The Louisiana Rouxgaroux are proud to announce that Steve Walters has re‑signed with the team on a long‑term contract as General Manager, continuing the professional, championship‑driven mission that defines our organization’s vision.

As General Manager, Steve oversees all three divisions of the Rouxgaroux organization: Business Development, Football Operations, and Fan Experience.

Steve comes to us from Duluth, Minnesota, where he served as General Manager of the back‑to‑back champion Duluth Harbor Monsters. Born and raised in Duluth as the oldest child of Pastor Mark Walters and Christian music artist Tammy Walters, Steve brings a foundation built on community, family, and relentless work ethic.

Since relocating his family to the culturally explosive Ark‑La‑Tex, Steve has fully embraced our people, our traditions, and our identity.

His vision is clear. His commitment is real. His family is here. And the Rouxgaroux are stronger because of it.
